REFUND POLICY 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE 

As our products are priced affordably and involve personal use, we are unable to accommodate requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases are final. We kindly ask that you double-check your cart and shipping details before completing your order.

For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unreachable contact details, we can arrange to resend the package. A reshipping fee of ₹200 will be charged in such cases.

All purchases made from us are not refundable .

EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT 
 

Replacements or exchanges are only offered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
     

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
     

  • The parcel was visibly damaged in transit
     

If any of the above applies, you must share a clear, unedited unboxing video that captures the entire opening process from start to finish, with all labels clearly shown. This video is essential for us to verify the issue and for filing any necessary claims with the courier service.

To request an exchange or replacement, please contact us at jewelsishaa@gmail.com; within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include the unboxing video along with a description of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for support.

Our team will carefully review the provided details and determine the next steps based on our evaluation.

Please note that ISHAA reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with the above terms.

CANCELLATIONS 

 

Order Cancellations by ISHAA

While we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders smoothly, there may be rare instances where an order cannot be completed. This could be due to technical issues, stock discrepancies, or unexpected system errors.

If your order — in part or in full — needs to be canceled from our end, we’ll reach out to notify you. Any payment made toward the canceled item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We are unable to process cancellations requested by customers after an order has been placed. Please ensure that all order details are thoroughly reviewed before completing your purchase.
