Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available through our website at this time. However, if you're located outside India and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us via Instagram DMs or text message for assistance.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.  Please note that during peak periods, such as sales or festive seasons, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Depending on your location, delivery can take 2 to 10 business days.
These are estimated timeframes — actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen logistical factors.

 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase required.

• Delayed Deliveries
  If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us at jewelsishaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9300129029 so we can assist you.
   

• Incorrect Address
  Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. ISHAA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
   

• Failed Delivery Attempts
  If a courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we can arrange a reshipment for an additional fee of ₹200.
